Lifting isn’t just for jocks and The Rock. Strength workouts are the only proven way to gain lean muscle, correct movement patterns, and increase your metabolism. UP classes follow our exclusive strength method designed around the 7 basic movement principles of the female body. Our method will not only build lean muscles and one hard booty but also increase strength and efficiency in moving around everyday. From kicking a ball further, lifting kids with ease, hanging off a cliff, to fighting off the zombie apocalypse. UP classes will give you one strong physique to become your own Wonder Woman.

All class workouts are monthly programmed in a trackable way to constantly evolve and improve results for any fitness level and goal. Our classes are ran in numbered circuits with guided visuals and consists of endurance, agility, power, balance and strength. Utilizing only weighted functional equipment, for benefits such as reduced injury, stronger core, and pure ninja strength. All of this combined with playlists and supportive teammates to keep your heart pumping and your mind grooving to provide the ultimate workout experience.

To achieve maximum results from our classes we recommend taking a combination of all UP workouts three times a week, all month long. If however, there is only one particular workout that suits you or your time, then each workout can easily be taken independently at anytime. Each class runs 45 minutes and is limited to 8 spots.

What began as a few trips to the local iron gym quickly turned into an infatuation with movement, the human physique, and an understanding that movement is medicine for the mind not just the body. In addition to having a passion for strength training, she also enjoys training in boxing and pole fitness.

Her favorite ways to de-stress are through exploring, laughter, and being outside. You can usually find her SUPing, hiking, or anywhere with sand, water, and waves – that is if she’s not nerding it up with a good book and her greyhound rescue Highland Hanna.
