What began as a few trips to the local iron gym quickly turned into an infatuation with movement, the human physique, and an understanding that movement is medicine for the mind not just the body. In addition to having an immense passion for strength training, she also enjoys training in boxing and pole fitness.

She loves challenging her mind and body through MMA and Brazilian jiu-jitsu and loves anything that has to do with moving the body.

She started off with calisthenics and quickly progressed into strength training & fell in love once she saw the effects on her body composition, physique changes and overall self-confidence from getting stronger. Kaileigh decided to seek a degree in Nutrition and Applied Fitness of which she was awarded from OHSU & PSU with an emphasis in health coaching. Kaileigh is also passionate about nutrition sciences so she actively works on educating herself every years and keeps up to date with the latest science and trends in order to give the best quality advice. She wants to help people regain self-confidence and find joy in their personal health.

When not training clients you can find Kaileigh hiking to waterfalls or scenic viewpoints, trail running, indoor bouldering, paddle boarding, baking healthy (and not so healthy) treats, traveling near or far, spending time with loved ones or reading in the cookbook section as Powell’s.
